Dal Pian Architects is awarded in the competition for the new SESC Franca

Our proposal for the SESC Franca unit won third place in the awards.
SESC is recognized as one of the most important social, cultural, educational and health services institutions in the country. The project of its New Unit must clearly express the dimension of its importance through an expressive, legible and cohesive architecture, with sufficient identity to be recognized and assimilated in the collective memory.
For its presence to qualify the urban fabric, this architecture must also respect and harmonize with the size, scale and pace of the city, providing generous, extrovert and inviting internal spaces for diverse and multiple uses.
